HOW SAVING WORKS
Android 10 and later does not let any app read the clipboard in the background.
That is a platform rule, not a missing feature. This app saves when you ask, in
six ways:
• Select text in any app and tap "Save clip", next to Copy and Share
• Share text or an image to the app from any share sheet
• Copy something, then pull down Quick Settings and tap the tile
• Copy something, open the app, and tap the paste button beside the search box
• Tap the home screen widget, which saves the clipboard as well as showing your
latest clip
• Turn on "Paste when opening the app" and it saves every time you open it

One tap per clip. In exchange, nothing runs in the background and nothing reads
your clipboard when you did not ask it to.

• It does not capture clips in the background

PERMISSIONS
No runtime permissions at all. No storage access, no overlay, no accessibility
service, no notification listener. Backups use the system folder picker, so the
app only ever touches the folder you choose.

PRIVACY
Everything stays in the app's private storage on your device. There is no
account, no analytics, and no server holding your clips.

Saving copied images needs Android 10 or newer.
